Call our Help Desk during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8-5pm) for immediate assistance with critical outages related to mobile and web applications, web services and on-premise/cloud hosting infrastructure. After normal business hours you can email our Help Desk and a technical support analyst will respond within 1-2 hours for critical outages. For all other outages, you can expect a response within 24 hours.
